How data is handled
Last updated: June 8, 2026. Elden VPN may process limited data to operate the app, provide secure connectivity, answer support requests, and meet store requirements.
- Data that may be processed: device and app version, connection status, selected server region, error/performance logs, contact details you share for support, and advertising identifiers if ads are enabled.
- We do not use, sell, or share content traffic passing through the VPN tunnel to build advertising profiles.
- Data is protected with HTTPS and similar modern security methods; retention is limited to service, security, legal, and support needs.
Using the service
By using Elden VPN, you agree to these terms. The service may vary depending on connection quality, regional access, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure conditions.
- The service may not be used for illegal activity, abuse, spam, attacks, copyright infringement, or actions that violate the rights of others.
- Currently EldenVPN is free to use. If paid plans or subscriptions are available, payment, cancellation, and refund processes follow the Google Play or App Store rules of the purchase channel.
- The app is not directed to children. Local laws, VPN usage permissions, and regional restrictions may vary by country.

Policy note: These texts should be kept up to date with the published app version, SDKs in use, advertising/analytics tools, subscription structure, and actual data processing practices.
